These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in Ai42 Singapore 2026 ("the Event"), organized by Ai42 Pte. Ltd. ("the Organizer," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, registering as an attendee, sponsor, exhibitor, speaker, or volunteer, or by attending the Event in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase a ticket or attend the Event.

1. Overview & Acceptance

1.1. Ai42 Singapore 2026 is a single-day technical conference taking place on October 6, 2026 at Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre (the "Venue"), held as TOKEN2049 & Singapore GP week.

1.2. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Attendee," "Ticket Holder," "you," or "your") and the Organizer. By completing a ticket purchase, submitting a registration form, or entering the Event venue, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

1.3. If you are purchasing tickets or entering into a sponsorship or exhibition agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1.4. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not comply with these Terms, without refund.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • "Event" refers to Ai42 Singapore 2026, including all sessions, panels, exhibitions, networking activities, receptions, and ancillary programming held on October 6, 2026 at the Venue.
  • "Organizer" refers to Ai42 Pte. Ltd., the entity responsible for planning, producing, and managing the Event.
  • "Attendee" or "Ticket Holder" refers to any individual who has purchased a valid ticket or has been granted access to the Event.
  • "Sponsor" refers to any company or entity that has entered into a sponsorship agreement with the Organizer.
  • "Exhibitor" refers to any company or entity that has purchased or been allocated exhibition space at the Event.
  • "Speaker" refers to any individual invited or accepted to present a session, keynote, or panel contribution at the Event.
  • "Venue" refers to Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, or such alternative venue as may be designated by the Organizer.
  • "Ticket" refers to a valid, purchased admission pass (Super Early Bird, Standard, or Executive VIP) granting access to the Event.

3. Ticket Purchase Terms

3.1 Ticket Types

The following ticket types are available for Ai42 Singapore 2026:

Super Early Bird $149

Main-stage access, expo floor, networking, morning refreshments, conference swag

Standard $299

Everything in Super Early Bird + priority registration + post-event session recordings

Executive VIP $599

Everything in Standard + front-row reserved seating, VIP Lounge, Private Speaker & Investor Lunch, Speaker Engagement Zone access, VIP networking reception

3.2 Purchase Process

3.2.1. Tickets are purchased through the official Ai42 website at ai42.sg/tickets. Tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers are not valid and may be refused at the door.

3.2.2. A ticket purchase is confirmed upon successful payment processing and receipt of a confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout.

3.2.3. Each ticket is issued to a named individual. You must provide accurate personal information (full legal name and email address) at the time of purchase.

3.2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets purchased per individual or entity.

3.2.5. Ticket availability is subject to capacity limitations. The Organizer may close ticket sales at any time once capacity is reached.

3.3 Eligibility

3.3.1. Attendees must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the Event.

3.3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to request valid government-issued photo identification at registration and at any point during the Event.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing

4.1.1. All ticket prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable service fees unless otherwise stated.

4.1.2. Ticket prices are subject to change at the Organizer's discretion. Price tiers (e.g., Super Early Bird) are available for a limited time or quantity and will transition to the next pricing tier automatically upon expiration of the offer period or sell-out of allocated inventory.

4.1.3. Any applicable taxes (including Singapore Goods and Services Tax, if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. It is the Attendee's responsibility to comply with any tax obligations in their jurisdiction of residence.

4.2 Payment Methods

4.2.1. The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (processed via Stripe)
  • Cryptocurrency: ETH, USDC, USDT (processed via our integrated crypto payment provider)

4.2.2. All payments are processed in USD. For cryptocurrency payments, the equivalent amount is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

4.2.3. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Partial payments and installment plans are not available for individual tickets.

4.3 Group Discounts

4.3.1. Groups of five (5) or more attendees purchasing together are eligible for a 15% discount on any ticket tier.

4.3.3. Group discount tickets are subject to the same refund and transfer policies as individual tickets.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund policy at a glance:

Full refund if cancelled by September 6, 2026. After that date, no refunds — but you can transfer your ticket to someone else. See details below.

5.1 Attendee-Initiated Cancellations

5.1.1. Full refund: Ticket holders may request a full refund up to thirty (30) calendar days before the Event date (i.e., by September 6, 2026, 23:59 SGT).

5.1.2. No refund: Cancellation requests received after September 6, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. However, tickets may be transferred to another individual (see Section 6: Ticket Transfers).

5.1.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@ai42.sg and must include the order confirmation number and the name on the ticket.

5.1.4. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval, using the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be issued in USDC or USDT to a wallet address provided by the ticket holder, at the USD value of the original purchase (not the prevailing exchange rate at the time of refund).

5.2 Refund Exceptions

5.2.1. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to attend the Event ("no-shows")
  • Inability to travel due to visa denial (see Section 5.3 for visa support)
  • Dissatisfaction with Event content, speakers, or programming
  • Inclement weather, unless the Event is formally cancelled by the Organizer

5.3 Visa Support

5.3.1. The Organizer can provide an official invitation letter to support visa applications for international attendees upon request. Contact hello@ai42.sg with your ticket confirmation number.

5.3.2. The Organizer does not guarantee visa approval and is not liable for any costs associated with visa applications, including but not limited to application fees, travel arrangements, or accommodations.

5.3.3. Attendees who are denied a visa and can provide documentary evidence of denial may request a refund outside the standard refund window, at the Organizer's sole discretion.

6. Ticket Transfers

6.1. Tickets are transferable to another individual at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:

6.2. Transfer requests must be submitted to hello@ai42.sg at least seven (7) calendar days before the Event (i.e., by September 29, 2026). Transfers requested after this date are subject to the Organizer's discretion.

6.3. The transfer request must include:

  • Original ticket holder's full name and order confirmation number
  • New attendee's full legal name and email address

6.4. The new attendee must meet all eligibility requirements (Section 3.3) and is bound by these Terms upon acceptance of the transferred ticket.

6.5. Each ticket may only be transferred once. Secondary transfers are not permitted.

6.6. Ticket resale above face value (scalping) is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to have been resold above face value may be cancelled without refund.

6.7. The Organizer is not responsible for any transactions conducted through unauthorized third-party resale platforms.

7. Event Changes & Cancellation by Organizer

7.1 Changes to Event Programming

7.1.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, agenda, speakers, venue layout, exhibitors, or other programming elements at any time without prior notice.

7.1.2. Changes to individual sessions, speakers, or the schedule do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or partial refund. The Event is sold as a full-day experience, not as access to specific sessions or speakers.

7.2 Venue Change

7.2.1. In the unlikely event that the Venue must change, the Organizer will use reasonable efforts to secure a comparable alternative venue in Singapore and will notify all registered attendees via email.

7.2.2. A venue change does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund, provided the alternative venue is of comparable quality and within Singapore.

7.3 Date Change (Postponement)

7.3.1. If the Event is postponed to a different date, all tickets will be automatically valid for the rescheduled date.

7.3.2. Ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the postponement announcement.

7.4 Full Event Cancellation

7.4.1. If the Event is cancelled entirely by the Organizer and not rescheduled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund processed within thirty (30) business days of the cancellation announcement.

7.4.2. The Organizer's liability in the case of cancellation is limited to the ticket purchase price. The Organizer is not liable for any ancillary costs incurred by attendees, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, travel insurance, or lost business opportunities.

8. Attendee Conduct & Code of Conduct

8.1 General Conduct

8.1.1. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Event.

8.1.2. The Organizer is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, nationality, or technology choices.

8.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at the Event:

  • Harassment in any form, including but not limited to: offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, unwelcome photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention
  • Discrimination based on any protected characteristic
  • Violence or threats of violence directed at any individual
  • Unauthorized solicitation — distributing promotional materials, flyers, or merchandise without Organizer approval (exhibition and sponsorship partners have designated areas and permissions)
  • Unauthorized recording of sessions beyond the scope permitted in Section 9
  • Intoxication to the degree that it disrupts others' experience or poses a safety risk
  • Damage to property — any damage to the Venue, equipment, or other attendees' property
  • Illegal activity of any kind, including the use or distribution of controlled substances

8.3 Enforcement

8.3.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to:

  • A formal warning
  • Removal from the Event without refund
  • A ban from future Ai42 events
  • Reporting to local law enforcement

8.3.2. If you experience or witness conduct that violates this Code, please report it immediately to any Ai42 staff member (identifiable by branded lanyards) or email mailto:hello@ai42.sg. All reports will be handled with discretion.

8.4 Compliance with Venue Rules

8.4.1. Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations of the Venue (Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre), including fire safety, building access, and food and beverage policies.

8.4.2. Smoking is prohibited inside the Venue. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content presented at the Event — including but not limited to presentations, slides, handouts, videos, and audio recordings — is the intellectual property of the respective speakers, sponsors, or the Organizer.

10.2. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Event content without the express written consent of the content owner.

10.3. The Ai42 name, logo, branding, and associated visual identity are trademarks of Ai42 Pte. Ltd. Unauthorized use of the Ai42 brand is prohibited.

10.4. Sponsors and exhibitors are granted limited brand usage rights only as specified in their respective sponsorship or exhibition agreements.

11. Sponsorship & Exhibition Terms

11.1. Sponsorship and exhibition arrangements are governed by individual agreements between the Organizer and each sponsor or exhibitor. These Terms provide general conditions; specific obligations are detailed in the executed sponsorship or exhibition contract.

11.1 General Sponsor & Exhibitor Obligations

11.1.1. Sponsors and exhibitors must comply with all Event rules, the Code of Conduct (Section 8), and Venue regulations.

11.1.2. Exhibition booth setup and breakdown must occur within the designated timeframes communicated by the Organizer. Early or late access is not guaranteed.

11.1.3. All promotional materials, signage, and booth structures must conform to the Organizer's specifications and Venue safety requirements.

11.1.4. Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own property, equipment, and materials. The Organizer is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of exhibitor property.

11.2 Booth Conduct

11.2.1. Exhibitors must staff their booths during all published exhibition hours.

11.2.2. Audio equipment (speakers, amplifiers) at booths must not exceed the volume levels specified by the Organizer. Sound that disrupts neighboring booths or main-stage sessions will be required to reduce volume immediately.

11.2.3. Distribution of promotional items is limited to within the exhibitor's allocated booth space. Roaming promotion, guerrilla marketing, and ambush marketing within the Venue are prohibited.

11.3 Sponsorship Cancellation

11.3.1. Cancellation terms for sponsorship and exhibition agreements are governed by the individual sponsorship contract. In the absence of specific cancellation terms, the following apply:

  • Cancellation more than 90 days before the Event: 50% refund of sponsorship fee
  • Cancellation 30–90 days before the Event: 25% refund of sponsorship fee
  • Cancellation fewer than 30 days before the Event: No refund

11.3.2. Sponsor/exhibitor cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@ai42.sg.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your attendance at or participation in the Event.

12.2. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Organizer shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death occurring at the Event, except where caused by the Organizer's gross negligence or willful misconduct
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property (including but not limited to laptops, phones, bags, or equipment)
  • Business losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities
  • Any failure or disruption of Event programming, technology, Wi-Fi, or audio/visual systems
  • Any acts or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to the Venue operator, catering providers, security personnel, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, or other attendees
  • Exposure to communicable diseases

12.3. The Organizer's total aggregate liability under these Terms, regardless of the cause or form of action, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for your ticket to the Event.

12.4. You attend the Event at your own risk. You acknowledge that large-scale events carry inherent risks including but not limited to crowding, noise, trip-and-fall hazards, and allergenic food products.

13. Indemnification

13.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your attendance at or participation in the Event
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation
  • Your infringement of any third party's rights
  • Any injury, damage, or loss caused by your actions or omissions at the Event

14. Force Majeure

14.1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons, volcanic eruptions)
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
  • Government actions, orders, regulations, or travel restrictions
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or work stoppages
  • Power failures, internet outages, or cyberattacks
  • Fire, explosion, or structural failure at the Venue
  • Any other event beyond the Organizer's reasonable control

14.2. In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, the Organizer will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable or to provide an alternative arrangement (including postponement or venue change).

14.3. If a Force Majeure event renders the Event impossible and it is cancelled without rescheduling, the refund provisions in Section 7.4 shall apply.

15. Data Protection & Privacy

15.1. The Organizer collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

15.2. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Event registration, ticketing, and access management
  • Communication regarding the Event (schedule updates, logistics, post-event follow-up)
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Improvement of future events and services

15.3. Your personal data may be shared with:

  • The Venue operator, solely for the purpose of Event access and security
  • Payment processors (Stripe, cryptocurrency payment provider) for transaction processing
  • Sponsors and exhibitors, only if you explicitly opt in to information sharing (e.g., by scanning your badge at a booth or checking a consent box)
  • Government authorities, where required by law

15.4. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@ai42.sg.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

16.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to mediation in Singapore in accordance with the mediation rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre.

16.3. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation within thirty (30) days of the commencement of mediation, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC"). The language of the arbitration shall be English.

16.4. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Organizer reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm.

16.5. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or the Event must be filed within one (1) year after the date of the Event.

17. Amendments

17.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.

17.2. Material changes to these Terms that affect existing ticket holders will be communicated via email to the address provided during ticket purchase.

17.3. Your continued holding of a ticket or attendance at the Event after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17.4. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. The most current version will always be available at ai42.sg/terms.
