3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent it. We do not trade it for magic beans.

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, solely for the purposes described in this policy:

3.1 Service Providers

We engage trusted third-party service providers to help us operate our website and event. These include:

  • Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, cryptocurrency payment gateway) — to process ticket purchases and sponsorship payments
  • Email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar) — to send event communications and newsletters

All service providers are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

3.2 Sponsors & Exhibitors

If you visit a sponsor's booth at the event and consent to having your badge scanned, that sponsor will receive your name, email, job title, and company. This is an opt-in interaction — your data is only shared when you actively present your badge for scanning.

We may also share anonymized, aggregated attendance data with sponsors (e.g., "X% of attendees were C-level executives in the AI sector") for post-event reporting. This data does not identify individual attendees.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or government request. We may also disclose data to enforce our terms, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our attendees and staff.
