Code of Conduct

Ai42 is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants.

This Code of Conduct applies to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers at Ai42 Singapore 2026. We expect all participants to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

By attending Ai42, you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and potential bans from future Ai42 events.

The Organizer is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all participants, regardless of:

  • Gender, gender identity and expression
  • Sexual orientation
  • Disability
  • Physical appearance
  • Body size
  • Race or ethnicity
  • Age
  • Religion
  • Nationality
  • Technology choices

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at Ai42 Singapore 2026:

Harassment

Offensive verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, unwelcome photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Discrimination

Discriminatory behavior based on any protected characteristic.

Violence or Threats

Violence or threats of violence directed at any individual.

Unauthorized Solicitation

Distributing promotional materials, flyers, or merchandise without Organizer approval (exhibition and sponsorship partners have designated areas and permissions).

Unauthorized Recording

Recording sessions beyond the scope permitted by event organizers.

Intoxication

Intoxication to the degree that it disrupts others' experience or poses a safety risk.

Property Damage

Any damage to the venue, equipment, or other attendees' property.

Illegal Activity

Illegal activity of any kind, including the use or distribution of controlled substances.

Enforcement

The Organizer reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate in response to violations of this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to:

  • A formal warning
  • Removal from the Event without refund
  • A ban from future Ai42 events
  • Reporting to local law enforcement

Reporting

If you experience or witness conduct that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately.

  • Speak to any Ai42 staff member (identifiable by branded lanyards)

All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality to the extent possible.
