Everything you need to plan your setup, from shipping to teardown.
Load-in and booth setup is available on October 5, 2026 (Day -1) from 14:00 to 21:00. Early morning setup on event day (October 6) is available from 06:00 to 08:30 for final touches only. We strongly recommend completing your primary setup on October 5.
Teardown begins immediately after the event closes at 18:30 on October 6 and must be completed by 22:00 the same day. Overnight storage is not available. Please arrange transportation of any large items accordingly.
Yes. We will provide a shipping address and receiving contact at Suntec Singapore. Materials can be received starting October 3, 2026. Detailed shipping instructions and labeling requirements will be included in your Exhibitor Kit (sent upon booking confirmation).
Standard power is included per your package. If you need high-power outlets (32A), three-phase power, or dedicated circuits for heavy equipment, let us know in your booking inquiry. We'll arrange a custom power quote with the venue. The Island booth includes 1× high-power outlet by default.
Standard and Premium booths use the venue's shell scheme (provided walls and fascia). You can dress these with your own banners, wraps, and signage within your allocated space. Island booths (4-unit) are permitted to bring fully custom booth builds — designs must be submitted for venue approval at least 30 days prior to the event. Height restrictions apply (max 3.5m).
Yes. All exhibitor passes include full access to the main stage sessions, expo floor, and networking areas — equivalent to a Standard ticket. Exhibitor passes do not include VIP Lounge access or the Private Speaker & Investor Lunch (these can be added separately or are included in the Island booth package).
Yes. All confirmed exhibitors will receive:
Key rules include: no open flames, no fog/smoke machines without prior approval, no audio systems that exceed booth-level volume (we'll provide guidelines), no blocking of concourse pathways, and all structures must comply with fire safety regulations. Your team arrives, your booth is ready (you set up the day before, remember?), final touches go on. Coffee in hand, signage up, demos loaded. Doors open at 09:00 and the first wave of attendees walks the concourse — your booth is their first stop.
09:00 – 18:00
Every session break sends 5,000 attendees back through the concourse. Coffee breaks at 10:20 and 15:00. Lunch at 12:40. Each break is 20–40 minutes of concentrated foot traffic past your booth. Your team scans badges, demos products, and collects leads all day.
18:00+
Sessions wrap. The networking reception begins. Attendees linger on the expo floor for final conversations. Your best leads come back for a second look. You pack up by 22:00 with a stack of contacts and a clear picture of what the market wants.
